Legal Jobs Rhode Island Contract

This contract (“Contract”) entered made effective date signing, Employer Employee, hereinafter referred “Parties”.

1. Employment
Employer agrees to employ Employee as a legal professional, and Employee agrees to accept such employment, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Contract.
2. Term
The term of employment under this Contract shall commence on the date of hiring and shall continue until terminated by either Party in accordance with the terms set forth herein.
3. Compensation
Employee shall receive a base salary, as well as any additional compensation in accordance with the Employer`s policies and procedures, and as may be agreed upon between the Parties.
4. Duties
Employee shall perform such duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Employer, consistent with Employee`s position, skills, and qualifications.
5. Termination
This Contract may be terminated by either Party upon written notice to the other Party, in accordance with the termination provisions set forth in this Contract or as required by law.
6. Governing Law
This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Rhode Island.

This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter. No modification of this Contract shall be valid unless in writing and agreed upon by both Parties.
